I recently visited @blacklockchops in Shoreditch,

I recently visited @blacklockchops in Shoreditch, and can’t recommend it enough - if you haven’t yet been, get a reservation in the calendar! Their 55 day aged roast beef is roasted over open coals, and it’s served with a huge Yorkshire, duck fat roasties, and the most amazing gravy.

Here are some of my other faves to grab a Sunday roast in London. Feel free to SAVE and SHARE this post for my top recommendations. Enjoy! ✨

🥩 @blacklockchops for the most tender, juicy roast beef (pictured) Order their cauliflower cheese on the side, it’s to die for.

🍴 The @harwoodarms in SW is London’s only Michelin starred pub, so expect to find incredible 45 day aged beef in a roast to remember.

🍷 @hawksmoorrestaurants is a classic, dishing up the most incredible steak, bone marrow gravy, and crisp roast potatoes.

🔥 Islington’s @smokehousen1 serves incredible meats on its robata grill, and their beef dripping roasties are to die for.

🥩 @temperlondon provide bottomless smoked gravy, along with a choice of incredible pitchers, beef, goat, and pork.

🍗 Head to the @junctiontavernnw5 for their incredible roast chicken and all of the trimmings from Yorkshires to swede mash.

2022 travels ✈️

If you’re anything like me and are SO over the cold weather and limited sunshine by now, you’re probably planning a holiday or two for the coming year. Anyone else guilty of studying the Ryanair sale, hoping for a bargain or four?

So far I have a staycay in Wales coming up in a couple of weeks, and a visit to one of my favourite cities, Barcelona, for a business trip in a few weeks time. After that, I have some BIG plans for 2022 👀

Happy New Year, my lovelies! ✨ I’m back after

Happy New Year, my lovelies! ✨

I’m back after a much needed break over Christmas! Usually I hate doing nothing on days off from work (annual leave is as precious as gold dust IMO), but this is the first time I’ve truly tried to relax and recharge my batteries. Despite having a trip to France and Belgium cancelled by the dreaded C, I’ve spent a lot of time on the sofa, eating, drinking, and not pressuring myself to get to the gym. And how wonderful it has been!

I hope you’re all enjoying the break too, and are relishing the fact that many of us still have a couple of days off left to enjoy. I’m spending today planning out my goals as I love to reflect and set myself targets across different areas of my life. I’ll share some of my goals over the coming week. And after the past week or so, I’m feeling very ready to go and grab 2022 by the balls.

Love a little visit to a garden centre, especially at Christmas. Please tell me I’m not the only one, or am I just getting really old? 👵🏻 Either way, it really gets me in the festive spirit! @burfordgarden is my absolute fave - there are over fifteen acres of goodies for the home and garden, as well as some beautiful Christmas decorations this year.

Their cafe is amazing too, I’ve been for brunch a few times and it’s great value and delish. Their afternoon tea and cakes look divine so I’ll be back for those too! Who’s officially ready for Christmas? I’m still not feeling 100% festive, think that will change when I’ve finished work and can finally crack out the champers! ✨

Feeling very content after a boozy weekend filled with friends, frolics, and plenty of fizz. Can you believe Christmas is literally next week? I have a LOT to do before then, and am sooo keen to get work over and done with so I can finally kick back and relax.

@ginandjuice_cheltenham bringing the magic again with their cosy après-ski style marquee and cocktails that are almost too beautiful to drink!
