Welcoming 2017 in Manchester

Welcoming 2017 in Manchester

It’s become a yearly tradition that every New Year’s Eve, my friend Alice and I travel somewhere to welcome in the new year. Last year we spent it in Cheltenham for the races, and this year we headed up to Alice’s neck of the woods in Manchester.

After a lovely day of catching up and prepping for the night ahead, we cracked out the bubbles and started getting ready.

In case you’re interested, my dress is from Ted Baker (and now in the sale!), and so is Alice’s.

We had tickets for a bar called Albert’s Schloss, a Bavarian-style bar for German food and drinks, and so were looking forward to a ‘wunderbar’ night with some other friends.

Naturally, we took full advantage of the photo booth!
